How soon can I get an appointment?
Depending on the severity of your cardiac condition, we can see you the same day or within a week.

What do I need to bring for my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, picture ID & any current medications in their original bottles. Please call your insurance company ahead of time so you are aware of your co-pays & deductibles applicable to diagnostic tests.

What insurances do you accept?
We accept Medicare & most commercial insurances such as Aetna, Avmed, Blue Cross, CIGNA, FHHS, GHI, Humana, Tricare, United Healthcare, and Wellcare.

How long will the first visit last?
Your first visit is very comprehensive. Once the doctor has seen you, he will order diagnostic tests which can be done on the same day as your visit. This will help you and the doctor to quickly evaluate and treat your cardiac problem. You can expect to be in the office for 3-5 hours.

Will I get my results on the same day?
No. You will schedule to come back for results, usually within a week or two. However, if the technician performing the diagnostic tests observes severe abnormalities the doctor will be notified immediately. We will follow emergency protocol to care of you and your heart condition.

Can I get my results over the phone?
Medical guidelines dictate that the results of diagnostic tests be discussed and a treatment plan be made only by a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or other similarly qualified medical personnel. This is best done in an office setting during your visit.
